LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUYour Profile:? Bachelor degree and above. ? 3 to 5 years in
a corresponding function with manufacturing in an international environment?
International project experience with collaboration within international teams
is a plus. ? Experience in international working environment is a plus? Fluent
English speaking with strong communication skills ? Familiar with MS Office
Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)? Knowledge of Financing /
project commercial will be value added? Admin and time management experience
Your Responsibilities:Incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail/fax)-
receive, open, sort all incoming mail- bring to the attention of DT GM any
important requests for action ensure dispatch of outgoing mail Time Management
-Update department head and manager's working calendar; Organize/coordinate
meeting schedule of GM; and prepare necessary documents for the
meetings/events. Travel organization for department and other VIP visitors
-Book hotels, flights, transportations; Prepare travel expense report Office
administration work-Order stationeries and pantry supplies; Keep the office
facilities in good conditions and request service from in-house service groups;
Organize driver's working schedule and other departmental issues. Preparation
of documents in assistance to DT GM- Prepare drafts of letters, memos, faxes,
reports for the DT GM upon request- prepare minutes of meeting for meetings
chaired by DT GM upon request and ensure that it is distributed accordingly
after approved from DT GM. Phone Calls- Receive and forward phone calls for DT
GM - Use technical possibility of telephone system properly
